All relationships are recorded using the function 'Company' and/or the function 'Person'. Categories make it easier to distinguish and search for a company or person.

Using a category, indicate whether a company is, for example, a customer or a prospect, or perhaps a supplier, to which region or industry it belongs, etc. Use a category group and the corresponding categories.

1. The content of a category may not consist of more than 25 characters.
2. Only letters and numbers are allowed. So no spaces, strange characters (@#$% etc.), colon (:) or dot commas (;).
