Using a document template you can create and send a balance overview per person. You can do this yourself via function group 'Template' and function 'Document template'. If you need help you can always contact our helpdesk.



Create the document template using the data group 'Person'.

Using the lists 'Person', '1. mutationPerson' and '1. balance periodPerson' you place the desired merge codes.

  • Person: select one or more merge codes for posting personal data.
  • MutationPerson: select one or more merge codes to display balance changes.
  • Balance periodPerson: select one or more merge codes to display a total overview per period.

Example:

Give an overview of all mutations.
