Why?
Participants do not all succeed at the same time. You want to send them a certificate as soon as they pass or a proof of participation if they have been present. But you can't finish the training yet.

What's happening??
As soon as you have registered the attendance and/or pass for the entire course, an email can be sent to the participants (e.g. a certificate or proof of participation). Because not every participant succeeds at the same time, this action relates to the individual participant.

Caution: 
  1. Didn't you set up an attendance requirement and/or passing requirement on the parts? In that case, the obligation for the participant to be present and/or pass is always met, regardless of whether or not the participant is present / passed.
  2. did you set up a of attendance requirement on the parts? In that case, when determining whether the attendance requirement has been met, the 'attendance % before approval' set in the course type is taken into account. Example: you have 4 parts and the attendance % before agree is set to 75. If the participant has been present at least 3 times then the attendance requirement has been met.

What's needed?
An action template that creates an automatic action as soon as all required attendance and/or pass is registered with a participant.
