Why is that?
Automatically display (or no longer display) a course on the training portal.

What's going on?
Turrning the display of training courses on the portal on or off when a number of participants are reached or on the basis of a certain timing.

What's it gonna take?
An action template that creates an automatic action as soon as a course is or is no longer to be displayed on the portal.


Option 1: Display a course on the portal based on time.

Timing:
  1. X number of days, weeks, months after occurrence event, when the training is created. Attention: did you fill in 0 for X (number)? Then the course will be displayed on the portal immediately after it has been created. However, the course has not yet been scheduled.
  2. X number of days, weeks, months before or after starting the course. You can also set a time.
  3. X number of days, weeks, months before or after end of the course. You can also set a time.

Option 2: opleiding niet meer weergeven op het opleidingsportaal omdat het max. aantal deelnemers is bereikt.

X number of days, weeks, months after occurrence event, when the course is created.

Conditions:Maximum participants reached = yes.
