Start screen.
On the start screen (personal coach) you can add a panel in which you can immediately see which trainer did not give approval for which part. You can therefore monitor the 'non-agreement' responses obtained, with regard to all current courses (status 'to be started', 'final' and 'conducted').

The panel consists of three columns:
  1. Course code - Course name (part name).
  2. Trainer's name.
  3. Date (time from - time until)

If there is an asterisk in front of column 1, this means that you have been set up as a contact person or contact person2 for the course (tab 'General'). As in the panel with actions, these will be shown first.

If you click on an item (code and name of course) from this panel, you will be taken to the course and the 'Parts' tab.

If you click on 'more...', you will be taken to the search screen of the courses, with the search criterion 'Scheduling status trainers/locations' set to 'non-agreement'.


To set the start screen, proceed as follows:
  • Have you opened the start screen then click on this icon  You can find this in the top right of the screen.
  • Click on the 'Edit' button.
  • Check the option 'Scheduling status trainers do not agree'.
  • Click on 'Save'.


By default, 5 lines are displayed in the panel. By pressing 'Number of lines: 5' you can change this number.
