Introduction.
Why? To simplify the transition to automatic actions there is a "wizard" that guides you step-by-step through the necessary actions to convert an existing (manual) action template to an automatic action template. Note:  For this you need a document template where an e-mail group is filled in as sender and where you have indicated to whom the e-mail should be sent. You must have permissions to use the 'automatic workflow' module.
