Why? Did you or Coachview make an action for you then you can adjust it yourself. For example, you can change the start or end date, change the owner, add comments and start the automatic action via the 'Run' button. Note: the owner is the one who has to perform the action. This must be a user of Coachview. After all, actions are not visible outside Coachview. Editing, finishing or manually starting one or more actions can be done in different ways:

On the start screen you can enable the 'Manual Actions' and 'Automatic' panels. A: This action was not performed on time, and is shown in red. B: Actions with a (*) are sorted first by date and priority. The asterisk indicates that you must perform the action, as you are the owner. C: Actions without a (*) must be performed by someone else. These actions are also sorted by date and priority. Click on the name of the action to open it. Click on 'Edit' to edit the action. A: The action in red was not performed in time. Click on the name of the action to view and solve the error message. If you can solve the error message, start the action again with the button 'Re-execute'. B: The actions in black still need to be executed by Coachview. | |

A: Check the actions you want to edit. B: Click on the 'Finish' button to finish these actions or C: Click on the 'Restore' button to restore the completed actions or D: Click on the 'Run' button to start the automatic actions one by one or E: Select an owner (Coachview user) to change the owner of the actions. If you want to edit one action, click on the name of the action and on the 'Edit' button. Note: You can also change, round off or have other users of Coachview perform actions. | |

The 'New' button you create a new action at the training. If you want to edit an action, click on the name of the action and on the 'Edit' button. Click on the button 'Save & Back' to save the changed data and return to the overview of actions. |
