To set Coachview To be able to link with Exact Online, you need to authenticate yourself. Do you get the following message 'Invalid request or invalid token received. Token is not allowed, because of invalid or empty chainid'? Then you will find the steps to solve the problem in this article.

Message:
When testing the connection in the service center, the message appears:
The message is caused because from another application an integration has also taken place and a token has been requested by the same Exact Online user. Both are now in each other's way with regard to the use of tokens.
Can you close this message? Then you will receive the following message.
A possible reason for the message could be that you have authenticated multiple times with the same user. For example, when you as a company have two administrations in Exact Online within the same license. Below you will find the steps to resolve this situation.

Solution:
Click in menu 'Integrations' on menu item 'Integrations'. Click on 'Configure' in the 'Exact Online' panel.
Note : write down the values of the completed fields.
Remove integration by pressing ' delete' to click.
All fields are now empty. Fill in the 'Configuration' fields and 'Target Administration' and click 'Save'.
The 'Authenticate!' button turns red.
Click the button and you will be redirected to Exact Online to login.

Note: the user account with which you log in must not have previously been integrated from another application.
When you are logged in, a number of options must be set and confirmed.

Note
  1. Select the administration to which you want to grant Coachview access. Only select the administration that needs to be integrated from the Coachview environment here and do not add the other administration.
  2. Then check both options.
  3. Click the 'Allow' button.
