Introduction
Relationships are recorded in Coachview with the help of company and personal files.

The details of your customers, locations where you provide training, a catering company, your own company, etc. are recorded in a company file. This information is recorded in various tabs. Which tabs are visible depends on the modules that have been set up for you, and the rights that you have been given.

In this example you can see all available tabs. Numbers in a tab indicate that information has been entered or added. When you create a new company file, you start in the 'General' tab and create a new company in the 'Search' function group.



Create a new company file.

Do this using the following 13 steps:


Change an existing company:
  1. Search for the company on the search screen.
  2. Click on the name of the company to open the details screen.
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button and change the data.
  4. Click on 'Save' or 'Save & Back' to save the changes.

Note: It is being checked whether the company already exists. Checking is done by name.

Note: if you click on 'Save & Back' you will automatically return to the previous screen. It is therefore possible that you leave the company screen.



Delete an existing company:

  1. Search for the company on the search screen.
  2. Click on the name of the company to open the details screen.
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button.
  4. Click on the button 'Delete' and 'OK'.
Note: It is no longer possible to delete a company if, among other things, requests have already been made, persons, documents or actions have been linked. Then set the company to 'in active'. The company will no longer be shown as a choice, but will still exist (history will be saved). It is always possible to set a company to 'active'.
