Why?
Twinfield offers possibilities to process data from Coachview. This concerns the debtor master data that is entered and updated in Coachview, and invoices that have to be entered in the accounts. Turn the accounts receivable registered in Coachview into customer relationships in Twinfield automatically. Automatically convert your invoices into sales entries, including the general ledger account, cost centre and VAT.

What's happening?
In Coachview the invoices are created and sent. New master data are automatically created for debtors who are 'born' in Coachview, and therefore do not exist in Twinfield. In addition, you decide for yourself whether the data of an existing debtor can be overwritten. The invoice lines are automatically saved as journal entries to general ledger and/or cost centre. It is possible to collect automatically and you can adjust the booking status automatically or manually.

It is possible to receive the payment status of the invoice from Twinfield.

The payment status and payment date can be retrieved every night, or you can do this manually by invoice.
