Why? Complete your training offering with e-learning, so you can deliver a total range of blended learning. Nowadays, participants are not only taught in a traditional classroom, together with the teacher in a classroom, but also via e-learning. The participants can then use a computer remotely and interactively, allowing them to organise their own time. This is done in an environment that supports e-learning, in an electronic learning environment (ELE) of which Moodle is one. Did you set up an e-learning environment for your participants in Moodle? Then you can use a number of steps from Coachview to ensure that a participant is registered in Moodle and has access to one or more courses. What's happening? If a person enrolls in a Coachview programme with an e-learning component, the following automatic process will start:
How? Below is shown which fields from the personal file in Coachview are filled in in Moodle. A number of fields can be set via the Service Center. Do you use diacrites in Coachview, letters with a written character that is placed above, below or by a letter to indicate the pronunciation? Then Moodle will not accept them in the user name. This also applies if you have accidentally added a space in the first or last name. Coachview automatically filters these out. GDPR! Have you set up the Privacy Tool for GDPR/AVG from Moodle version 3.3.5? Then you have to agree to the terms and conditions on behalf of the web service account via Site Management -> Privacy and Policies -> user agreements on behalf of the web service account. In addition, the plugin that sends the results back to Coachview after a course completion must be installed or upgraded. See the following article: Read more. |
