Introduction.
You want to register participants for a course that has to be repeated in a certain period of time for a course. This is a service you provide as a company. Participants do not have to remember when a repetition is needed. This means that participants will be registered in time for a refresher course. However, they still have to give their own agreement to actually follow the course. We want the request for approval to be carried out automatically.
Approved(Yes/No/Unknown):
- Is there no agreement? Then an automatic e-mail will be sent to the participant. The administration sees at a glance that the registration is not authorized and the participant can unsubscribe.
- Is approval given? Then an e-mail is automatically sent to the participant.
- Has the participant not yet responded? Then a reminder e-mail will be sent.
