Using two action templates you can make sure that:
  1. A participant enrolled in a course with at least one e-learning component, who is registered as a student in your e-learning system and is given access to the course. Coachview automatically creates and executes the action. The module 'Automatic workflow' must be assigned to you for this purpose.
  2. A participant who is deregistered from the course or the e-learning part of Coachview will no longer have access to the course in your e-learning system.
