As you could have read in the introduction, you can automatically update companies and persons via the web services of AFAS Hrm. Wrong data in Coachview are a thing of the past, because you are fully in sync. You can read how to set up and (de)activate the link via the service centre in Coachview here.

Set up and activate connection via the service center:
Click in function group 'Service center' on the function 'Links'.
	Click on the 'Configure' button in the 'other' panel in the 'Afas' box.
	Please fill in the following details: General: Activation code Activation code from Afas required to automatically request the token. With ApiKey and Ambient key, it can be requested automatically by means of the 'Test connection' button. The activation code is usually sent by email by Afas to your Afas administrator. Consult your Afas administrator. ApiKey Apikey from Afas required to automatically request the token. URL profitservices two-factor authentication for login Set URL: https://<deelnemernummer>.soap.afas.online/profitservices Environment key Ambient key from Afas required to automatically request the token. Token A token generated by Afas that controls the authorisation and connection. This can be requested automatically by 'Test connection' (Apikey, Apis key, UserId and Activation key required) or by entering it manually if it is already known. Format: <token><version>1</version><data>%Token%</data></token>. UserId UserId from Afas required to automatically request the token. Import companies and persons: Active Activate the companies and persons import. Note: manual creation and scheduling of a job with a job item with definition 'Afas import companies and persons' is required by the Coachview helpdesk. Archive xml files Archive all companies and individuals as xml files. (for testing purposes only) Filter XM-filter to extra filter the Afas connector (optional).
	Click on the 'Enable' button and the 'Confirm' button.
	Check the connection by pressing 'test connection'. This will send the activation code via e-mail.
	The connection is always possible: be paused by clicking on the 'Pause' button. be disabled by clicking on the 'Disable' button. be removed by clicking on the 'Delete' button.
