Case.

Why?
A participant is enrolled in more than one course. The participant receives one invitation with a curriculum for all courses, not one invitation per course.

What's happening?
Coachview determines which actions are set up based on the course definition a participant is enrolled in. By choosing an action and document template on a data group training question, one action is prepared for the participant, visible in the training question and not in the courses, for sending the courseprogram.

What does it take?
  1. course definition (A) for the various programmes and a course definition (B) with a combination of all parts of these programmes. This course definition allows you to register a participant.
  2. An (automatic) action template and accompanying document template with data group 'training question'. The action template is linked to course definition B.
