As you could have read in the introduction, from the coachview invoices sales entries (in the sales diary including general ledger account, cost centre and VAT) are automatically made in Accountview. The debtors of Coachview are automatically created as a customer relationship in Accountview if they do not yet exist. Have you finished setting up the Service Center and is the link active? Then send an e-mail to our support department (support@coachview.net). They ensure that the export of accounts receivable and invoices, by means of a job, is carried out in the repetition (day/week/month) determined by you.



Set up and activate connection via the service center:
Click in function group 'Service center' on the function 'Links'.
In the 'Financial' Panel, click on the 'Configure' button in the 'Accountview' box.

Fill in the details.

Click on the 'Enable' button and the 'Confirm' button.
Check the connection by pressing 'test connection'.

The connection is always possible:
  • be paused by clicking on the 'Pause' button.
  • be disabled by clicking on the 'Disable' button.
  • be removed by clicking on the 'Delete' button.
