After adjusting an evaluation choice series, the evaluation question template still needs to be adjusted.
For example, in the future you only want to use 4 choices instead of 5 choices, the fifth choice has already been used for open/completed evaluations. The choice you no longer want to use should be set to inactive. The inactive choice will no longer be shown in evaluations that have yet to be created or opened.
