If your customer, a person or company, is interested in a training course and a date has not yet been set, you can register this interest with the help of an request. Think for example of an in-company training for which an offer must be made first and after the assignment the training can be made and planned. In this case you do not first make the course but start with the application. An request is made on the basis of a course definition. The standard price will be taken over and you can adjust it before you start invoicing. Each person who is placed on the application receives a training question, the status of this course request is then 'Waiting list', a 'pre-registration'.
