As you in the introduction can read;
With MailChimp you can quickly and easily send online newsletters to different target groups. The persons are or will be registered in Coachview and should therefore automatically be added to MailChimp. Does a person no longer want to receive a newsletter or do you want to change a person's details? Then you can arrange that from Coachview, the changes are automatically implemented in MailChimp.
In this tutorial you set up the target group that Coachview has automatically created for you, and you see how this target group is used.
Set up your target group.
You can open your target group via function group 'Competency management' and function 'Target group'. This function opens the search screen with target groups.
The name of your target group is copied from the list name you selected in the Service center, with the addition 'Mailchimp - 'MailChimp'.
JYou can make combinations of these 5 criteria as you wish, and you can define multiple lines.
This is what happens next.
Did you fill in the attributes and click on save? Then all persons who meet these characteristics will be added to the target group. An action will be created per person and executed automatically. This action ensures that the person is added to the MailChimp 'list'.
Let's take a look at the following example: adding employees company 'InnoPhase' from the department 'Implementation and Training' , with the person category 'IP Newsletter'.
These are the persons who are or are no longer employed by the company 'InnoPhase'.
Only the blue shaded persons may automatically be added to the target group, based on the set characteristics.
The target group is arranged as follows:

The following persons are automatically added to the target group:
2 actions are automatically added to the action-tab:
These actions will be performed automatically by Coachview on December 27th. Just look in the column 'Execution' and 'Start'.
Is this action carried out successfully? Then it is completed and the action disappears from the list.
If you search for completed actions and open this action you will see the following message:
If this action is disallowed, the action will remain on the list. In the column 'Result' you can see why the action has been rejected.
Als je de actie opent zie je deze melding ook.

If the actions have been performed successfully, you will see the following in your linked MailChimp list.
The merge fields you selected in the Service center will be added as columns in the list.
