|What's going on?|
Through the Education portal, a participant indicates in the registration form how payment will be made. If an iDeal payment has been chosen, the linked payment provider will be contacted directly after registration. The status of the payment is forwarded to Coachview, and the registration is received via a web request. Via an automatic action, the web request is processed. If the payment transaction is successful, the participant is automatically enrolled in the course, an invoice is made and if set, sent to the participant. If the payment transaction is not successful then it can be indicated that after a few minutes the web request will be cancelled. The participant still has time to restart the payment transaction. In Coachview you can monitor the payment transactions per application.
