Introduction. |

This article describes which data you can use to fill in the columns and lines of the CSV import file to process registrations via web questions. Not all data is mandatory. Fill in only those details that are important to you. As an example you will find two example files at the bottom of this article. |

A | Web request number | Each participant with the same track question number will be bundled on the same track question and request in Coachview. If each track question number is unique or not filled in, one track question and request is created for each participant (line) in Coachview. |
B | Course Code | Must correspond exactly with a training code or name in Coachview if you want to register the participant(s) directly when processing the track question. You may enter both, but one of the two is sufficient. |
C | Course Naam | |
D | ReferentieNr | This will be the customer's reference number with the application. Think of a PO number or purchase number. This number is often printed on the invoice. |
E | Note | The general remarks are shown in the web question and placed in the comments field of the application. |
F | ContactpersoonIsDeelnemer | Yes = contact person is also a participant. You don't have to fill in the data of the participant anymore. |
No = contact is not a participant. Data of the participant(s) must be filled in separately. | ||
G | Request is Order | Yes = the request in Coachview automatically gets the sales status 'Order'. The financial status is automatically set to 'To be invoiced'. |
No = the request in Coachview automatically gets the sales status 'Initial'. There is no financial status. |

H | Company name | Name of the company. If the name of the company exactly matches the name in Coachview, the company will be recognized. If this is not the case, a new company is created. |
I | Company adress | Company mailing address. |
J | Company zipcode | Postal code of the postal address of the company. |
K | Company Location | Location of the postal address of the company. |
L | Company country | Country of the postal address of the company. Use in full (Netherlands) or ISO code (NL) of the country. If nothing is entered, the Netherlands is automatically selected. |
M | Company phone number | Telephone number, may be with or without dash (e.g. 088-4488555 or 0884488555). |
N | Company remark | Additional remark, will be placed in the company file. |
O | Company ExternID | Do you periodically import companies in Coachview, or have you done this once then they have received an ExternalID (unique code). |
P | Company ExternSource | This also applies to the ExternalSource. It must match exactly. Coachview recognizes the company if the ExternID and ExternSource match. |
Coachview recognizes the company if 1, 2 or 3 are met:
- The completed Company ExternID and ExternSource matches Coachview.
- The entered e-mail address exactly matches the e-mail address in the company file.
- The entered name exactly matches the name in the company file.

AG | Contact Person optout | 'Yes' or 'No' or don't enter anything (unknown). This concerns receiving newsletters etc. Yes = does not want to receive newsletters. |
AH | Contact Person ExternID | If you periodically import people into Coachview, or if you have done this only once, they have been given an ExternalID (unique code). Used together with the ExternSource to check if the person already exists in Coachview. |
AI | Contact Person ExternSource | ExternalSource of a person (must match exactly). |
AJ | Contact Person VrijveldCode | Code of a free field of a person (must match exactly). The use of free fields: this's how you do it. |

Coachview recognizes a contact person or participant if 1, 2, 3 or 4 are met:
- The completed Contact Person/Contractor ExternID and ExternSource corresponds to Coachview.net.
- The completed e-mail address corresponds exactly with an e-mail address in the personal file.
- The last name and date of birth correspond exactly with a last name in combination with the date of birth in the personal file.
- The initials and insertions and surname match exactly.
