Introduction
Do you not only want to register whether a participant has passed (mandatory), but you also want to register figures and/or results per participant? First create one or more result definitions and determine to which programme types, or to one of the corresponding types of components, these must be linked.
If the result is for:
  1. The entire training, regardless of the number of components, then the result definition must be added to the training type.
  2. A certain course day then the result definition must be added to the type of component. For example: if you have a type of program with three parts of which the last part is the exam, the result definition must be added to the type of program. Each time a course is created based on a course type, the result definitions are automatically added to the course or components for each participant. If the result definition is added to the programme type, the end date of the programme is taken as the date of the result. If the result definition has been added to a type of component, the date of the component is adopted as the date of the result.
Average:
The average of all results can be shown per participant in different documents. For this you need a document template with data group 'OpleidingsDeelnemer', 'OpleidingsVraag' or 'Opleiding'. All completed absolute results are included in this template.
Weights:
When calculating the average of a result per participant, it is possible to take a certain result into account more heavily. For example: result A weighs twice as much as the other results. The final grade is then calculated based on the weights that you have defined in a result definition. You can set the weight by default, but you can also change it in the result that is linked to a programme type or type of component.

This is how you do it:
A result definition can be created via function group 'Course data' and function 'Result definition'.
Click on the button 'New', and fill in the following data:
Code:
Enter a recognizable and unique code.
Description:
Enter the name of the result, this can be printed on a result list or certificate.

Result type:
  1. Absolute: from 1 to 10 or any other digit (decimal place is allowed).
  2. Relative: self-determined relative valuation (e.g. 'Insufficient', 'Sufficient', 'Good').
  3. Free: space for freely entered text.

Absolute:
Wijzig het minimum en / of maximum in te vullen cijfer, en geef het cijfer een bepaald gewicht. Dit gewicht wordt gebruikt in het berekenen van het gemiddelde.
  1. Minimum met 2 decimalen.
  2. Maximum met 2 decimalen.
  3. Gewicht met 1 decimaal.

Relatively:
The various ratings can be made via function group 'Training dates' and function 'Result type Relative'.

Inactive:If checked, this result definition will no longer be shown as an option for the type of training. The result definition can therefore no longer be linked to a registered participant as a result. If the result definition, before it is set to inactive, is already linked to a programme type, it will still be included as a result when registering a participant.
Voorbeeld: Absoluut.
Voorbeeld: Relatief.
Click on the 'Save & Back' button to save the result definition and return to the list.

If you have chosen 'Relative' as the result type then you still have to create one or more relative ratings.
Click on the function group 'course data' and the function 'Result type relative'.
Click on the button 'New', and fill in the following data:

Name: a rating such as 'Sufficient' or 'Passed'.

Code: for example 'V' or 'G'.

Click on the 'Save & Back' button to save the rating and return to the list. Click on the 'New' button to create a new rating.
The selection items are sorted in order of creation, just look in the column 'Order'. If this is not correct, click on the three dashes at the bottom left of the list to sort the choices.

Adding one or more result definitions to a course definition is done as follows:
Open the course definition.

If you want to link the result definitions to the type of programme, click on the 'Results' tab.

If you want to link the result definitions to a component, open the component and click on the tab 'Results'.

In both cases, click on the 'Edit' button.
Click on the magnifying glass and tick the result definitions to be added.
Click on 'Add' and 'Save'.
If you have already created courses with this type of training and you want to link the results to the participants afterwards, then click on the button 'Edit' and 'Update course questions' in the 'Results' tab. If you don't want to do this, you can add one or more result definitions for each participant in the course afterwards.

Execution, participants in the training.
The result definitions are visible in the course under the tab 'Participants', at least if you have added the column 'Result' in the list of participants.
Click on the result icon behind one of the participants to fill in the results.
Enter a number if needed or choose a result from the list.
The dates can also be adjusted.
Use the arrow button to move to the next participant.

Entering results has three statuses, each status is visible as an icon:
