Introduction.
If you are logged in as a teacher in Coachview, you will be taken to the start screen. On the left side you will find the menu. The menu is divided into the function groups 'Search' and 'Manage', where each function group is subdivided into functions.


Course.

Click in the menu on the magnifying glass of the function 'Training' (1) to show on the right side the search screen with trainings (2) where you are scheduled on one of the days.




You can also search for a particular course in this screen:
  1. Fill in the name or part of the name of the course (3).
  2. If you want to be able to search using additional search criteria, click on the button 'more...'. (4).
  3. Click on the 'Search' button to start the search.


Click on the name of the course (5) to select it and open the file.


Timetable.
You will see three tabs at the top of the screen:
  1. General: general information about this course.
  2. Components: the planning / the lesson schedule.
  3. Participants: list of participants.

Click on the 'Components' tab to view the schedule, the lesson schedule.

Click on the orange button with exclamation mark in the specific column to register the presence and/or success per participant per day (part). The next screen will open:


  1. By placing a check mark in the column 'Present', all parts (days/dayparts) are reported as present.
  2. Put a check mark in the column 'Not present' for the part on which the participant has not been present. You can also place a remark per item.
  3. These are the items (days / half-days).
  4. This is the name of the participant.
  5. Don't forget to click the 'Save' button to save the registration.
  6. Use the arrow keys to go to the previous or next participant.



Registering the stroke works in the same way.


Participants.
Click on the tab 'Participants' to view the list of participants.

Click on the orange button with exclamation mark in the specific column to register the presence and/or success per participant per day (part).


Buttons.
IIn the column 'Presence' and 'Lowering' it is indicated whether the presence (Yes/No) per part (day/part of the day) per participant and whether stroke (Yes/No) must be registered.
There are still participants for whom no attendance / pass is indicated.
All presence / impact is registered.
Presence doesn't have to be registered, though.
