With free fields you can keep track of extra information that is not provided by for a particular topic by default. It is possible to set up one or more free fields for all kinds of topics.

That's how you do it:

Open a search screen, as an example we use the company search screen. Click on the wheel at the bottom left of the list of found files.

Je komt terecht in het scherm 'Instellen kolommen'. Klik in een regel op de pijl om de lijst met te selecteren kolommen te openen.

The free fields are (usually) at the bottom of the list. Select a free field by clicking on its name.

Click 'Save'& 'Back' to set the column and return to the search screen.
