Why?

Free fields allow you to keep track of extra information that Coachview does not offer by default for a certain topic.

It is possible to set up one or more free fields for all kinds of subjects.



Note: in connection with the GDPR legislation you can protect a free field, think of the BSN number, and mark it as confidential.
In this case, what you have filled in:
  1. Stored encrypted.
  2. The data in it is not made visible by default
  3. You cannot set the free field as a column 
  4. You cannot use the free field in a document template.
  5. Cannot be used in the education portal / website.
