Participants can register for the course ‘A. Traffic lessons basic or for ‘B. Traffic lessons IWB or for ‘C. Traffic lessons extra’. A number of lessons (parts) must be followed together. Only a training course is created in which all participants are registered and from which the administration is carried out.

This is the total curriculum for which a participant can register. A participant can also subscribe to module 1 and 2, or only module 1, or to modules 2 and 3 etc. If a participant signs up for the total curriculum this will cost € 1000, -. Each module costs € 450,- per regardless of whether you follow 1 or 2.


Installation of original course definition:

  1. First create the original type of training with all the lessons (parts) that are possible. With the help of this type of training you create and plan the training. In the example above, this scheme is X.
  2. Tab ‘General’:
    • Enter a code and name.
    • Leave the field ‘Original training type’ blank.
    • If you are using authorization by manager then select ‘Not applicable’.
    Publish this type of training not.
    • Fill in the fields for information in a document or training portal such as ‘Goal, ‘Target group’, ‘Training’ and ‘Description’ not in.
    • Insert one or more categories if applicable. These are not used for menu display on the training portal.
  3. Tab ‘Parts’:
    • Create all possible lessons for all modules as components in the correct order (according to schedule).
    • When filling in the details of a component, please note that the component will later be linked (jointly) to a variant type of training.
    • If you want to record a result for the part, you can add it to the part.
    • If scheduling is applicable, you can specify it here.
  4. Tab ‘Results’:
    • Add to the training type no results.
  5. Tab ‘Purchasing rules’:
    • To keep track of the direct costs of the course, you can add one or more purchasing rules here.
  6. Tab ‘Sales rules’:
    • Add a sales line from € 1000, -.
  7. Tab ‘Evaluation templates’:
    • Add one or more evaluation templates.
  8. Tab ‘Action templates’:
    • Add all action templates with data group ‘Opleiding’, 'OpleidingsDocent’ and ‘OpleidingsLocatie’ to the type of training and action templates with data group ‘OpleidingsOnderdeel’ to one or more components.


Do not forget to set the type of training to final .


Installation of course definition variants:

  1. Tab ‘General’:
    • Enter a code and name.
    • Select the original training type.
    • If you use authorisation by manager, select ‘Manual’ or ‘Executive’.
    Publish this type of programme if you use a link to our programme portal or your own website.
    • Fill in the fields for information in a document or training portal such as ‘Doel, ‘Doelgroep’, ‘Vooropleiding’ and ‘omschrijving’.
    • Add a categoryif you want to publish the type of education on the education portal and display it in a menu.
  2. Tab ‘Parts’:
    • Link the right lessons as parts of the original training type in the right order.
    • For module 1. link the parts 1 and 2.
    • For module 2. you link parts 3, 4 and 5.
    • For module 3. you link parts 6 and 7.
    • If you never use this type of training for making a training course, then scheduling is not applicable here.
  3. Tab ‘Results’:
    • Add results to the training type if applicable.
  4. Tab ‘Purchasing rules’:
    • Don't add procurement rules.
  5. Tab ‘Sales rules’:
    • Add one or more sales rules to determine the price for this variant.
    • Add to module 1. a sales line from € 450, -.
    • Add to module 2. a sales line from € 450, -.
    • Add to module 3. a sales line from € 450, -.
  6. Tab ‘Evaluation templates’:
    • Don't add evaluation templates.
  7. Tab ‘Action templates’:
    • Add all action templates with data group ‘OpleidingsVraag’, ‘OpleidingsDeelnemer’ to the course definition


Do not forget to set the course definitionto final .



Decoration make training and enroll participants:
To create, plan and administer the course, create the course using the original course type.

  • Place a participant in Module 1' using the training type Variant 1. on the waiting list and register the participant in the training via the waiting list.
  • Place a participant in Module 2 with the help of training type Variant 2. on the waiting list and register the participant in the training via the waiting list.
  • Place a participant in Module 3. on the waiting list using the training type Variant 3. and register the participant in the training via the waiting list.


You may never enroll a participant directly in the course!
