Participants can register for the course 'A. Traffic lessons basic' or for 'B. Traffic lessons IWB' or for 'C. Traffic lessons extra'. A number of lessons (parts) must be taken together. There is only one course in which all participants are registered and from which the administration is carried out.

A. This is the course 'Verkeerslessen basis ' and costs € 150,-.


B. This is the course 'Verkeerslessen digibord ' and costs € 300,-.


C. This is the 'Verkeerslessen extra ' course and costs € 235,-.


Who's with whom in the same class?


Furnishing course definition original:

  1. First create the original training type with all the lessons (parts) that are possible. With the help of this type of training you create and plan the training. In the example above, this is scheme X.
  2. General tab:

    - Enter a code and name.

    - Leave the 'Original training type' field empty.

    - If you make use of authorisation by a manager, please select 'Not applicable'.

    - Do not publish this type of education.

    - Fill in the fields for information in a document or education portal such as 'Purpose, 'Target group', 'Previous education' and 'Description'.

    - Insert one or more categories if applicable. These are not used for menu display on the training portal.

  3. Parts tab:

    - Create all possible lessons as parts in the correct order (according to schedule).

    - When filling in the details of a course part, make sure that the course unit will be linked (jointly) to one or more different types of course part.

    - If you want to record a result for the part, you can add it to the part.

    - If scheduling is applicable, you can specify it here.

  4. Results' tab:

    - Do not add any results to the type of training.

  5. Tab 'Purchasing rules':

    - To keep track of the direct costs of the course, you can add one or more purchasing rules here.

  6. Tab 'Sales lines':

    - Do not add sales lines to the original course definition. After all, participants cannot follow the entire course.

  7. Evaluation templates' tab:

    - Add one or more evaluation templates.

  8. Tab 'Action templates':

    - Add all action templates with data group 'Course', 'Course request', 'Course Instructor' and 'Course Location' to the course type and action templates with data group 'Course Component' to one or more components.


Don't forget to set the course definition to final.


Defining course definition variants:

  1. Make all variants according to the above diagrams A., B. and C.
  2. General tab:

    - Enter a code and name.

    - Select the original course definition.

    - If you make use of authorisation by a manager, select 'Manual' or 'Executive'.

    - Publish this course definition, if you use a link to our edication portal or your own website.

    - Fill in the fields for information in a document or education portal such as 'Goal, 'Target group', 'Previous education' and 'Description'.

    - Add a category if you want to publish the course definition on the education portal and display it in a menu.

  3. Tab 'Components':
    - Link the right lessons as parts of the original course definition in the right order.
    - For variant A. you link parts 1, 2, 4 and 6.
    - For variant B. you link parts 1, 3 and 6.
    - For variant C. you couple parts 4, 5 and 6.
    - If you never use this variant course definition for making a course, then roasting is not applicable here.

  4. Tab 'Results':
    - Add results to the course definition if applicable.

  5. Tab 'Purchasing rules':
    - Do not add purchasing lines.

  6. Tab 'Sales lines':
    - Add one or more sales rules to determine the price for this variant.
    - Add to variant A. a sales line of € 150, -.
    - Add to variant B. a sales line of € 300, -.
    - In variant C., add a sales line of € 235, -.

  7. Tab 'Evaluation templates':
    - Do not add evaluation templates.

  8. Tab 'Action templates':
    - Add all action templates with datagroup 'CourseRequest', 'CourseParticipant' to the course definition.

Don't forget to set the course definition to final.



Execution make course and enroll participants:
For making, planning and administering, you create the course with the help of the original course type.

  1. Place a participant for 'Verkeerslessen basis' using course definition variant A. on the waiting list and register the participant on the course via the waiting list.
  2. Place a participant for 'Verkeerslessen digibord' on the waiting list with the help of course definitionvariant B. and register the participant on the training via the waiting list.
  3. Place a participant for 'Verkeerslessen extra' on the waiting list with the help of course definition variant C. and register the participant on the training via the waiting list.


You may never enrol a participant directly in the course!
